THE CHALLENGE
The key considerations in this project included the 24/7 operation of the hotel. As an exceptionally busy space, the installation needed to take place with as little disruption and inconvenience as possible to their guests and staff.
Additionally, the hotel aims to deliver an exceptional level of guest service to their clients during their stay, which meant that the installation not only had to be fast and efficient, but it also had to have the attention to detail required for a luxurious location.
Finally, the flooring product itself had to both manage the high traffic volumes of the airport hotel and the expectations of guests for a 5-star experience. The flooring needed to deliver a sense of luxury and bespoke service while still delivering durability and easy cleaning.
