THE CHALLENGE
As a heritage project run by the Victorian Government, City of Melbourne, and Marriner Group, it involved many partners passionate about honouring the legacy of the building while updating it for modern use. As a very expensive project, no detail was spared, and every element of the flooring needed bespoke materials and installation to achieve the stunning, regal result.
THE RESULT
Opulent and luxurious, the custom carpets designed and installed by our team reflect the heritage and richness of this regal age. Thick carpets in decadent colours showcase the architectural detail of every space, from the theatre auditorium to the reception, function spaces, and bar areas. All flooring was designed working closely with project teams and manufacturers and installed on time and with exceptional regard for the heritage space itself.
